Hai Leute!
Da ich einen Ernährungskurs für Ernährungsumstellung mitgemacht habe und dort viele tolle Rezepte (alle auch schon ausprobiert) erhalten habe, möchte ich euch daran teilhaben lassen. Heute fange ich mal mit einem Frühstück an, das wirklich pappsatt macht:

1.Fit in den Tag Smile

Zutaten: 4EL Magerquark
2EL Mineralwasser
1EL Rohrohrzucker oder Argavendicksaft
2TL Rama Cremefine Vanille
1 Apfel
1 Banane
1EL Dinkelpoppys (gibtŽs z.B. beim DM/Rossmann)
1EL Haferflocken
1 EL Kokoschips

Zubereitung: Apfel und Banane schälen (Apfel entkernen) und
kleinschneiden. Mineralwasser mit Quark und
Rohrohrzucker und Rama Cremefine verrühren,
über das Obst geben. Die Dinkelpoppys und Hafer-
flocken darüber geben,evtl. verrühren und mit
den Kokoschips garnieren.
