Hallo ihr Lieben,

muss mich schon seit längerem immer wieder mit Verstopfungen herum schlagen. Habe es inzwischen schon mit Flohsamen versucht, aber irgendwie sind die nichts für mich. Also im Wasser aufgelöst, würde ich sie wohl gar nie runter bekommen. Also dachte ich mir gut, dann eben im Jogurt. Damit sollte es ja besser funktionieren, aber Betonung liegt eben auf "sollte". Hat jemand noch einen anderen Tipp was meinen Darm wieder etwas in Gang bringen könnte Rolling Eyes
